ALLISON NILSEN

JAZZ/CONTEMPORARY

Alli began dancing at the age of just two. She trained under Denise Wall; mother of Travis Wall. She was chosen to represent her in the Denise Wall's Dance Energy (DWDE) performance/competition company where she worked with Emmy winning choreographer Travis Wall as well as Jaimie Goodwin, Nick Lazzarini and many others from various seasons of SYTYCD and their choreographers. She also attended Governors School for the Arts for dance in Virginia.  Alli has been in multiple television commercials, CMT music videos, Chicago's Thanksgiving Day parades, concerts and performed live in Time's Square.

After graduating from her academic and arts high school, Alli returned to where it all began and received her BFA in dance from Jacksonville University. There, she attended the American college dance association, she was selected to be in multiple guest artist's works and her choreography was recognized and chosen to be performed at Douglas Anderson school of the arts. Following college, Alli was chosen to be a guest performer at the 41st Annual Arts Awards Gala, she performed and taught with CooperMorgan Dance
