We take our instruction very seriously, but also want to make sure your child has a wonderful experience and learns to appreciate dance as much as we do. We want to keep you as informed as possible; so please keep your online account up to date with your most current contact information.

STUDIO PRICING

Annual Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) 1st Student $50, each additional family member $35.

Tuition FEES:

  • Kinderdance (ages 3-5) $100 mo.

Pre-Professional Rates: (ages 6 and up)

  • 1 Class $85 mo.

  • 2 Classes $105 mo.

  • 3 Classes $125 mo.

  • 4 Classes $140 mo.

  • 5 Classes $160 mo.

  • 6 Classes $180 mo.

  • 7 Classes $200 mo.

  • Unlimited $220 mo.

SIBLINGS DISCOUNT 15% TOTAL DISCOUNT

Company & Hype Members:

  • Company Fee              $50 / mo. 1st dancer, $40 / mo. 2nd dancer

  • Hype Fee                    $40 / mo. 1st dancer, $30 / mo. 2nd dancer

    Coaches Fee Per REGIONAL Competition                                             $55 / per competition for the first dancer

               $30 / per competition each additional family member

    Competition fees are due in full by the deadline date

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition is Due on the 1st of every month.  After the 10th, a $20 LATE FEE will be added to your account.

·       Enrollment at BBDC is based on an 11-month schedule, August – June (regardless of the number of classes attended per month). 

·       Tuition is NOT Refundable.  Missed classes due to illness or family emergency can be made up.  Please contact BBDC to schedule a make up class.

·       Failure to pay two consecutive months, without establishing a payment plan with BBDC, will result in the student being temporarily withdrawn. 

·       A $25 service fee will be issued on all returned checks and declined cards.  After two returned checks/declined cards, ALL payments must be made in cash, money order or cashier’s check.

Gala Fee is DUE March 1st – 1st Student $100, each additional family member $75.

Costume Deposit DUE Jan 10th (if needed) - $50 PER COSTUME BASE PRICE / PER DANCE – Subject to increase

·       Costume Fee is NON-Refundable – NO EXCEPTIONS

·       ONCE COSTUME IS ORDERED YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COSTUME PAYMENT.

 

 

STUDIO REQUIREMENTS

Students dropped off or picked up more than 15 minutes before or after their class start/end time will have a $20 fee added to their account for sitting services, no exceptions.

Your child is required to attend class regularly as new techniques are taught each week, after January they begin to learn their end of year Gala performance. If you will be missing class, please send an email to info@britneyboyd.com

We ask that all students treat their instructor and fellow students with respect and common courtesy. Failure to display respect in and out of class will result in a parent teacher conference, and could potentially result in the dismissal of your dancer.

Your child is required to wear the appropriate dance wear to class.  On the first day of class, the instructor will let the students know what the appropriate attire and class rules are.


BBDC CLOSED DATES

REFUNDS/WITHDRAWAL

Early withdrawal of class before completion of the year requires a 30-day written withdrawal notice hand delivered or emailed to info@britneyboyd.com. The parent/guardian will be responsible for tuition until your notice is sent and accepted. *If you withdraw after December 1st, 2023, you will not receive a refund for your Gala costume and will be responsible for the balance due.
